William ("Bill") Blake serves as President of the Board of Directors for The Lacassane Company.   Bill graduated from Louisiana State University in 1955 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology.  Married in 1954 to Katherine ("Kay") Bel Krause.  They have three daughters; Della, Susan and Marie, and seven grandchildren.

    Bill served in the United States Army in Panama Canal Zone from 1956-1958.  Since that time, he has served (and is currently serving, in several cases) as President or Director of several entities including Howell Industries, Royal Land Company, Bel Oil Corporation, Urania Minerals, Bank One, Southern Forest Council and Calcasieu Real Estate and Oil.  Bill served for six years as a member of the Louisiana Board of Regents, a governing body for all state universities.  He is very active in the community and in his church.

   John Chadick Thielen serves as Executive Vice President in charge of Surface Operations for The Lacassane Company.   Chad graduated from McNeese State University in 1978 with a Bachelor of Science degree in History.   He and his wife, Janet Morgan Thielen have three children; Morgan, Carson and John Colin.  Chad currently serves as Manager of Arrozal, LLC., Bel Commercial, LLC., Bel Mineral, LLC., and Quatre Mineral, LLC.  He is President of Bel-Krause Properties. 

    Chad serves as a member of the Calcasieu Parish Library Board, Former Commissioner of the Lake Charles Port and Terminal District Board, and is currently working in coordinated effort with McNeese State University on the Wetlands Station.  Chad has worked to create alternative revenue sources for the company, including the implementation of two active mitigation banks and an upcoming native seed release program. 

   Albert Fay ("Ab") serves as Vice President for the Lacassane Company.
